Hello there, I’ve been having a problem with my streaming box saying that it needs a power electrical outlet. I’m not using the cable given because my son broke it so I bought a new one and it’s not working. Can you help is there anywhere I could get hold of the original cable. Thank you

This will be why its not working, our equipment is designed to use the original kit.
