Hi everyone. I have recently joined Virgin and have a small stream box where everything’s comes in via fiber/wifi.
I was watching FBI season 6 ep12 yesterday on Sky Witness channel. There should be another episode now (13). Today the whole season 6 has disappeared from my watchlist, seasons 1-5 are still listed though.
Does anyone have any idea what’s happened and how I can get season 6 back?

Availability of box-sets do vary. At any given time, any single series should have all episodes available, but not necessarily every back-series. My V6 shows the same availability as you report - S1-5, but no S6.
As new box-sets are added, others expire. TiVo/V6 shows the expiry date of all assets that are coming upto removal, I don't know if TV360/Stream does the same.

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to see if season 6 was available. It’s very frustrating if this happens, only been with virgin a few weeks. We were literally watching s6e11 (I think) yesterday. It’s disappeared from any watch lists so not totally sure the episode number. Just seems strange in the middle of a series.
Thanks again for looking, not just me going mad then. I’m hoping it’s a glitch and returns during the week 😞

And it’s back 😐 Interesting service Virgin has. If I was in the FBI I’d investigate more. 😂
