Sky sports login error

Hi, 

I am unable to login to watch sky sports live using my virgin login. 
I keep getting the error: 

“video unavailable

a problem was encountered - please try again later”

it’s been like this for weeks and i have tried logging in and logging out, nothing has worked. 
please help!

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with logging into Sky Sports, are you still having the issues right now?

If you are, how are you trying to watch Sky Sports via the app or website?

What device, are you using to access the content? Are you getting the error on multiple devices and are you able to access/watch Virgin TV go using the same details

Hi Steven,

still having issues. I am using my mobile phone and it’s the sky sports app where you select ‘watch’ then ‘live’ and the same error comes up. I have tried logging out and back and and uninstalling the app numerous times and nothing has worked so far. 

It works on my ipad and i can watch virgin tv using the virgin tv go app. It’s just an issue specifically with sky sports live on my phone.

Sorry to hear you are still having this issues.

Is it on certain sports like the Darts or is this every single sport its happening to?

Do you find it happening 24/7 or just the odd time?
