Hi,
has anybody had any issues with the UHD streams recently? Yesterday, I tried to watch the Man City v Spurs game yesterday. The main event UHD stream had HDR issues, the colour was all off, my TV does not flick into HDR mode and at times I could visually see the colours getting lighter and darker, flickering.
i moved over to the F1 UHD stream and that stream had similar HDR issues and had no sound. I then went to the next UHD stream on channel 534 and this one also had HDR issues but also all kind of picture issues and artefacts.
This morning, I am watching the F1. The main event stream still has the HDR issues, the F1 stream has its sound back, but similar HDR issues and channel 534 has nothing on right now, but all the artefacts and HDR problems on this is UHD screen.
for comparison, HDR through iPlayer on stream box is fine, HDR on my Apple TV is fine

Both Sky and TNT Ultimate are 4k SDR for me, which means it's the Virgin Streamer.
I get the HLG logo and a bright screen for about 4s then it goes dark and SDR. Disconnected power and signal and same happens

Same. Any solutions?

I've given up watching the football on Sky UHD as I get the constant light to dark and it drives me mad. I've got a pretty good tv so watching it in HD is fine.

I’m still having problem. It’s goes from HLG to normal HD and the pictures flickers from UHD to normal HD. I have no idea what the issues is. I got so annoyed that I’ve given it 30days notice to cancel it. Might look at sky stream???

Yeah, seems like it is impacting everybody then. Not sure when the issue started, I noticed it this weekend, but there hasn’t been any premier league/F1 for the last couple of weeks, so could have started anytime in that timeframe

What do we do to rectify this? Anyone from virgin? Thanks.
