I have been having the exact same issue and identical to the one you have been helping. Can i also have a private message to sort this out asap as patience has been dwindling for 2 weeks now and it is shocking how long we have to wait for simple things like this. I have the same error codes and same issue with the tv saying technical error for about 2 weeks now. Please inform me on how to fix this issue as soon as possible. Thanks
