Pending Flex subscription

Hello, I have just got my flex setup. I've added a sky tv package and now it's stuck on pending. Is there a way too speed this up as I've already waited over a week for the engineer to come with the box and had no tv. Cheers

  • Still pending here , spoke to customer service and chat they all say different things , at the end of the day it's pending still and email states use it straight away
