No red button on Sky Sports F1 on Stream?

Hi,

 

I have a Stream box andactive Sky Sports subscription, they are supposed to have red button on-boards for the F1 session but when I press the red button I just get a news page, no selection of on boards?

Anyone got any ideas?

    Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with the red button on Sky Sports F1. Did this clear over the race weekend or were you not able to access the features all weekend?
