No credit on Stream subscriptions

Hello,

I should have get £20 credit of Stream subscriptions bill of £38.75, but I cannot see that on the recent bill.

Will this be applied automatically upon payment, or is this just simply wrong?

Sorry to hear of your billing concerns with a £20 credit. 

Are you able to advise where you saw this £20 credit, was this a promotional deal or was this something discussed?  

Stream subscriptions have a 10% discount on them then their standard subscription prices at this time, is this what you might be referring to?
