Hi,
Virgin Stream, trying to add Netflix, already had an Netflix account previously but then added it to my Sky account. I’ve since cancelled Sky, and thought I’d add it to my Stream. Just says “Adding” all the time on the apps. On the website it says I’ve not finished setting up Netflix, then doesn’t allow me to do anything. I thought initially it was because I still had some money left in my account from switching to sky but now Netflix has renewed for another month. It shouldn’t be this difficult! Also want to make it a premium account, like it is now, I’m assuming I’ll get this option once I actually get it attached

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with adding Netflix on your Stream box and service recently. Is this issue ongoing for you today? If so, can you expand on the issue and perhaps provide a photo of the error you're referring to? At what point does the problem begin? What other troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Hi, yes it’s ongoing, if I go onto my account as in the picture, if I click on finish setting up Netflix it just goes back to the same page, this has been ongoing for at least a month

Thanks for coming back to us @Borospark, and I'm sorry to hear that this is still ongoing.
Can you please try clearing the cache on the browser you're using, to see if this then allows you to complete the adding of Netflix to your services?

Hi tried on a pc that had never had netflix on, actually got to the netflix site, and added a plan, but I already have a netflix account, I dont want to set up a new account, If I log in, it just goes to my normal site. Im not going to bother if I have to set up a new site. Cant see why this is so difficult, on Sky it just transferred with no hassle
