Hub 5x won’t connect to VMConnect app

Hi all

 

I Signed up for virgin around 5 months ago and since install I haven’t been able to connect my Hub5x to the VMConnect app. I go through the setup and then get an error saying it can’t find my hub. Any ideas?

Can you connect to the HUB on http://192.168.0.1/?

 

Yes I can 

Can you sign in and access the settings?

Once you've done this try the app again.

Done this and still getting the same issue unfortunately

Uninstall the app and use the Hub's admin console instead?  When I had VM I never used the app.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. We're sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with the Connect App and your hub5x. Have you tried to remove and re-install the application? Also, would you be able to try on a different device to see if works for you?
