Error CS1011 - have to cancel as still not working

Signed up for new Virgin Media TV, Internet and Mobile a month ago. Agent did a good job of convincing me to upgrade, etc. But TV is still not working because of CS1011. Have been on a few times and still NOT resolved. Done all the resets, etc and still nothing. Very frustrating having to cancel now as the the TV service I orginally had from Virgin was working perfectly fine until I "upgraded". Aarggh!!! Just in time for Christmas as well 😞
