Hi @daznflo
Sorry to see you are haing a problem viewing BBC1.
There may be a local issue affecting that channel. Have you used the /check-services/ function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
Looking at the picture you posted I noticed a heart symbol and that the channel number is showing as number 1. To me that indicates that you have set up and are using a personal profile to view BBC1 and other channels.
Does BBC 1 work if you switch to the 'Shared' profile will shows all channels?
Also there are additional BBC1 variations on channels 861, 862, 863 and 864. Have you tried them to see if they are working?
If you are using a personal profile, have you tried removing BBC1 from that profile and then adding it again?
If you're wanting to watch BBC1 specifically for the Olympics at this moment then also try the red button channel on 991, or the iPlayer app.

Hi. Thanks for the useful advice.
We can receive BBC one London etc. I've. Now changed it to BBC One East Midlands. The channel is a local on it is BBC ONE Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We can however receive the same channel on our Freeview aerial, it's just easier to watch everything from the same place. Thanks again, I've now reported it to customer service but will continue to try your other suggestions.
