Double charged for Disney+?

Hi,

I signed up for Disney Plus via Stream yesterday. I have access to the channel now, but when I look at "My Stream Plan" (https://www.virginmedia.com/support/help/tv/streaming) my monthly plan shows Disney+ on their twice and the monthly cost is also incudes 2x the Disney cost.

Am I really going to be charged double?

Welcome back to the community forums 

Sorry to hear of your billing concern. If you've made a change within your billing cycle you might find that you'll see a charge from the date your subscription starts to the end of your previous billing cycle and then also, next month's charge as you pay in advance for your services. This can look like a double charge, but is only for the service dates used. 

For example; If your monthly billing cycle was between the 2nd of the month to the 1st of the next month and you made a change on the 20th of the month. Your next bill would show charges between the 20th of the month and the 1st of the next, and also, next month's billing.
