I had my virgin broadband and tv installed today. The stream box started off working fine and now I can’t get it to power up in just has the message ‘your stream box needs more power to start up. ‘
i have tried everything to fix the issue but nothing works.
I’ve tried all different USB adapters and multiple cables and nothing has worked. Also tried resetting the stream box. 1 other thing I did not receive a usb and Ethernet adapter with my install, so I can’t try the hard reset on the stream box as I cannot connect via Ethernet. I am not happy as I only had it installed this afternoon

What have you used to power the Stream box if you didn't receive the Stream power ethernet adapter pictured below?
I’ve have tried using 3 different apple adapters and various others I have for other usb devices
