I signed up for the free trial for the Apple TV app last week via my virgin box app. It didn't activate and kept sending me round and round the link.apple QR code scenario from my phone when I tried to watch something.
Today my free trial ended, they took £8.99 and I am still not able to watch anything. It does the same QR code everytime asking me to subscribe when I try and watch something. When I do the process to subscribe its says I am subscribed (because i am!), but it won't let me watch anything.
I have compeltely rebooted the box and signed out and back in several times. Any ideas.....

It should be 3 months free trial. I signed up on wed and had nothing but bother with it. Couldn't access dramas or comedy even tho my parental controls were set at 18 for films and shows. I switched off auto renewal and removed my payment method from their system. I signed out and won't be signing back in as it's glitchy as anything. Plus the content on it as far as I'm concerned is nowhere near as good as netflix and disney plus. I'm actually regretting signing up for it.

Yes, and they have taken my £8.99. I phoned apple tv - app helpline they co firmed I had signed up. They made me sign in on my phone, on my laptop (igcognito browser) and on the TV app via your virgin box and all showed me as needing to sign up, even though in settings it said I had an active subscription. After 45mins they put me on hold and then cut me off. So I'm £8.99 down without apple tv. I'm cancelling it, too much hassle.

Thanks for coming back to us @Kjb1975, and I'm sorry to hear of the issues with the Apple TV services.
Just to confirm, has this just been an issue on our service, or across other devices too?
Do you have any issues with other apps on our services that might need our attention?
Thanks,
