I can see my colleague has already replied to your thread here: Apple TV+ locks up , have to pull power to reset
Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update us with information then just reply to your original post rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
Have a look at my colleagues reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.

I have got exactly the same issue with Apple TV frozen - looks identical to screenshots on other threads. The second thread you’ve send a link to unfortunately doesn’t seem to have the answer beyond suggesting resetting the box which have done. Could you help please?

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with Apple TV. Can you let us know how the box is connected? Whether this is via WiFi or through an ethernet cable?
Are you using a separate Apple TV box or are you logging in through the App?
Do you have any issues with any other apps or devices?
