Stream Remote

Hey!my stream box has been working fine, until the last week or so. Both power buttons are just turning the TV on and off, and not the stream box so I can’t actually get onto my Virgin TV. does anyone have any tips or ideas? thank you!

Hmm is question why is it when I wos on full package never had any TV or broadband issues but? When down graded had problems on and off all time reboot wifi scrambled chanles all fuzzed and now down grade to minimum package gone worse it virgin media...

Can't Manage Stream Account Online

I'm trying to manage my Stream account by logging into my Virgin account and clicking Your Package > Stream but I keep getting the following I'm trying to add netflix and cannot do it through the upgrade app on the stream device
