Hi, I am also receiving the same issue regarding flex and getting the same error as above however I have tried on different browsers, devices and networks and getting the same issue so not able to add any of my subscriptions to flex

Is Netflix Free?

I have checked my App this morning to see if any upgrade offers are available. In the Flex section it says you can add Netflix on for 0.00.Is this true is it free. Any help understanding this would be appreciated 

My5 not working on Stream Box

My5 has stopped working on my stream box, if I try to login it freezes , if I just browse without logging in it shows the following error , I have reset the box to no avail, is there a way of deleting and reinstalling the app ?

Hi, I currently have TV, Broadband and Home Phone, along with O2 mobiles. i’m looking to take out a Stream box to use upstairs but the self serve site doesn’t seem to support adding one. anyone any advice? 

Virgin stream box/puck

My stream box/puck keeps turning itself on and off I've done all the required procedures but still keeps turning itself on and off. Help would be appreciated thanks
