What is happening to Disney+?

This has been going on for about a week, they state they have found the issue but extend the time by 24 hours whenever they can't fix the issue. What is going on with Disney+?

The Disney + app is currently only available on the Stream box.

It hasn't been added to either the TIVO, V6 or 360 boxes so the error message is meant for Stream users only.

The Disney + app is currently only available on the Stream box.

It hasn't been added to either the TIVO, V6 or 360 boxes so the error message is meant for Stream users only.

Any idea when it will be out on Virgin V6?

There's no word on the V6, however it may soon be available on the 360 box.

Oh, never mind then - i'm not on a V6 box, I actually have a 360. They looked the same when I searched them up but I have the remote of a 360 and Volt 1 gig package so I must have the 360 lol

as per title, now been down for over 10 days, and the 'fix date' has repeatedly changed, 6th, 8th, 10th, 13th, 16th, and now says 20th!! Apparently an engineer has been on his way since the 8th to fix it!!  (heaven only know where he is travelling from to still be 'on his way' after 8 days!!)

This is what the current 'status' is... only the date keeps changing.... assume that VM either don't know what's wrong, or don't care about fixing it??  The date for the fix will probably change again on 20th to 21st, then 22nd, then 23rd, etc, etc..

 'Thanks for your patience while we work to fix things as quick as we can.

We hope to fix this by

We've found what's causing the issue and a technician is on the way to fix it.

You may find that Disney+ app is unavailable at this time. We are sorry about this, our engineers are looking at fixing this as soon as possible.'

I've moved your post from the TIVO forum to the Stream forum.

Disney+ is only available on the Stream platform  with VM.

Hi HughJarsse, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that the app is not working. The engineers will be working on this and the fix time is estimated by them. Can you let us know if you are still having issues after the estimated fix time? - Chris

That's a fault for Disney+ on Stream. If the date keeps changing because the fault isn't yet fixed and there is a new estimated fix time.

It's nothing to do with if / when Disney+ arrives on the other TV boxes.
