Whenever I try to login to Virgin TV Go I get an error saying Oops, I cant be logged in, Sign in is currently not possible. Please check back soon. Recently moved house if that makes a difference..

If you've recently moved house then it's possible that your My Virgin Media hasn't been transferred to your new account which will prevent you logging into TVGO.
When you log into My Virgin Media does it show your new account and new address, or your old details?

It has my new details.
FYI also, after I couldnt access my servies yesterday a friend logged on with his and it worked, so its definitely account related and not my PC.
