Hmm is question why is it when I wos on full package never had any TV or broadband issues but? When down graded had problems on and off all time reboot wifi scrambled chanles all fuzzed and now down grade to minimum package gone worse it virgin media doing it deliberately so you ring up try to sell yo better package like theve tried twice with me

Sounds like you have a signal fault to me. Have you reported it to faults? They should be able to check your levels remotely to see if a tech visit is needed.
