I've got paramount + and Disney but when I go on the apps it plays for a while then starts spinning a white circle! Is it my internet connection?

Have you noticed any other issues with your connection when loading up any Catch Up or On Demand apps via your TV box?
Are you having this issue when loading up the apps on your TV box only, or on any device?
Please try rebooting your TV box and your broadband Hub to see if this can clear the issue. Let us know how you're getting on and if you need any further help and support.
