Hi,
Recently joined Virgin and got a Stream box as part of our broadband package. I've followed all of the instructions but the box just won't turn on.
I've tried using a different USB cable, USB plug and different plug sockets in the wall - nothing has worked.
The box has never shown up a light - fairly sure it's faulty. How do we get a replacement / is this a known issue?
For clarity, did this to turn it on the first time:
Since we've never seen a light, this seems likely to be an issue with the box itself?
