Stream box remote not working

Have had stream for quite some time with no issues and now the remote will not work have tried to re pair and factory re set neither has worked have also changed batteries

Can you try the following method please.

Unpairing:
•    On the remote control, press and hold the 'TV' button and the 'Rewind' button together for 10 seconds.
•    The remote control should now have unpaired from the box.

Pairing:
•    Put the box into 'Pairing Mode' by pressing the Standby/On button on the front of the box for 10 seconds.
•    On the remote control, press and hold the 'TV' button and the '0' button together for 10 seconds.
•    A message should appear on the screen confirming that pairing was successful.

Thanks for updating the thread. That's brilliant news.   

It's just a new way of pairing the remotes that was posted by a member of forum staff which I noticed in February.

I have the same problem but haven't had luck since. On the pairing step, do we need to do together the first step (put the box into pairing mode) and second step (remote pairing)? Thank you.

Can you please confirm if this is still ongoing, or has the advise offered by @newapollo assisted with a fixing of the issue?

Have you possibly attempted to place both the box and remote into pairing mode to see if this resolves the issue?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

It has been solved. The issue with me was that my stream box would not go into pairing mode somehow. I then tried the old trick of unplugging the stream box power, then turned it on again. Afterwards the solution offered by @newapollo did the trick and my stream box and remote both working fine since.

Just sharing for somebody that might need it.
