Virgin stream

Hello.

Blue screen and red power light and nothing more on setup. Any help would be appreciated please.

Hello

Installed the stream box today and there is a permenant red light as well as the screen is blue. The device didnt come with a power lead but i sorted that and looking through the community thread this is a common issue without a common sotuion. Anyone help?

Thanks for your reply, I am sorry you're still having this issue with your Stream Box. 

I have taken a look at your services on my side and I've found an issue that requires the box to be replaced.
