My On Demand and Red Button haven’t been working for over a week now. Totally gutted with Glastonbury being on this weekend and not being able to watch what I’d picked out to see. Is it a fault for everyone?

Have you tried rebooting your Stream box?

Glastonbury isn't yet available on the red button channels, however you should be able to access the iPlayer via the red button on any BBC channel.

You can also watch Glastonbury using the iPlayer app from within the Apps section - it even has some of it in UHD.
