Hi,

I have been trying to order the "Student M250 Fibre Broadband". I got through the process of filling everything in and bought it, I receive the order document for the purchase and am taken to an order confirmation screen. However there is no confirmation email that comes through and no package delivered on the assigned time. I have gone through this process twice now, with no confirmation email, the order does not seem to go through. I cannot use the call helpline as I cannot set up an account, and I cannot set up an account as I have no account number, because I have never received a welcome email or a bill. Therefore I am at a little bit of a loss as to how to get help on this.

Any help you can offer would be highly appreciated.
