Tidying up cabling in a Landlord's cupboard at my block of flats

Hi all,

I own a flat in a block where a a number of people have Virgin Media Broadband.

The Landlord's service cupboard (where my electricity meter is located) is where the main fibre comes into the block from Virgin which is then used to connect people in each individual flat.

Over the years, Virgin Media installation engineers have made an utter mess of this cupboard with cables everywhere and I cannot gain access to my electricity meter to take readings (the cupboard now looks like this - my electricity meter is located in the grey meter-box behind the cables):

Does anyone here (or someone from Virgin who may be reading this) know who I woud contact to get assistance with this mess please?  I beleive many of these cables are now redndant anyway.

Any help is appreciated!

That's certainly a dog's breakfast. Unfortunately, many similar images have been posted on here about poor installations and workmanship.

VM's response is often one of disinterest and the view that if it is all working then they need not do anything.

Are you a VM customer? If you are it may make it easier for the VM forum people to process some kind of request on your behalf. They normally reply with a few days.

You are unlikely to get a reply here in 'Tech Chatter' though. A moderator or VIP might move your post to another forum to get a reply from a VM person.
