Over utilisation in my area

Hello.

Im considering joining back with Virgin for my broadband. When I was previously with virgin 3 or 4 years ago I suffered from very slow speeds at peak times, this was eventually put down to over utilisation in my area and I was allowed to terminate my contract early.

Can anyone tell me if over utilisation is still a problem in my area the postcode is KT19.

Unless you know someone in the same street who has a VM circuit BQM running, you will never find out I suspect.

If you do sign up, make sure you do all your investigations within the 14 day cool off period.

As above. Another sign is 1Gig not showing as available on the postcode checker.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Sabrina. Sadly your website promises all the best speeds. From my past experience this doesn’t mean that you will be able to deliver these speeds at peak times hence me asking about over utilisation in my area. Are you able to answer this question?

No problem at all.

We only measure our speeds to the Hub and not through WIFI.

If you give this link a break down it should explain about our speeds Thanks

New around here?

"... hence me asking about over utilisation in my area. Are you able to answer this question?"

Judging by the thread so far I would say no.
