Moving into a new build home next week. My address does not appear on the drop down box anymore. Previously non of the addresses were live but they all are now but mine has disappeared- the irony being I’m the first to move into the street. BT open reach have got box in the house and virgin all cabled into the estate. Builder says all good to go but the system says no. Not getting anywhere with virgin. Can sign up with other providers for the address no problem - just need someone with some common sense to add the address to the system so I can get an engineer booked in please.

I'd order an Openreach service in a heartbeat.
Avoiding VM's dire and rapidly worsening offshore Customer Service should be a primary consideration.

I am so sorry to hear that your address is not yet available on our site, can I ask if you have called to speak with our sales teams directly on 0800 183 1234? They may be able to arrange a spotter for the address to have it added to our side.
