Move Virgin wall socket

Hi I’m also wanting my wall socket moved after just having an install and finding it’s not in a good place for the dog and the baby…. Can I get booked in please

Ther will be a non-fault call out fee of £25.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your Hub and getting it installed through the system, can you confirm if you have spoken to our team at all since this or if you are still needing help?

Hi there,

Please could you assist me in as well. I would like to move my virgin wall socket from my bedroom to the living room but can’t work out how to speak to someone to arrange this when calling them.
