Hi all,
I just received a quickstart install with new hub and TV360 to replace our TV only service.
Looks like we've been given two ethernet cables rather than one and a splitter cable. We've got no way of connecting the TV and hub together. The mother in law has been on the phone to Virgin but been told you don't supply it and we have to buy one. That can't be right can it?

Could I have some urgent help with this please.
A representative on Whatsapp said they'd arrange to send the cable on the 27th Sept but it's not arrived and BT have now cut off the phone line and broadband (following a request to transfer number) so we're without both as the single connector is being used for the TV box.
Not good really paying for TV and broadband and not being able to use it for two weeks due to a missing lead....

I've just been sent the 360 box with no splitter cable. Did you get this resolved as need one ASAP to get tv connected.
