Internet switch from sky to virgin

last year we moved into a rental place which had no running internet connection, we chose sky because virgin did not offer fibre yet around this area. they had to drill into this property to run a new connection after permission from our landlord. 

Now virgin does offer fibre which im very interested in since we game and i work from home. My question is if they can remove the connection from sky, and use the existing hole they drilled to fit their cable through. Since I'm unsure if I can ask if a hole can be drilled a second time.

Hi Denise, I am a former virgin media engineer. You can use your existing hole to get virgin in. So no need for more drilling.
