Is it possible to get hub replacement as my is faulty, it keeps disconnecting devices, already tried resetting and other stuff. How can I apply for hub replacement?

Is it just wireless that disconnects or wired too?

you can wait here for VM but they will want to  establish if the hub is faulty or if its something else - so as above what is disconnection - if you dont have any wired devices what do the light/s on the hub do when devices disconnect

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right

Good morning @rozwad

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your broadband.

Are you able to let me know how you are connecting to the hub, is this via a wired or wireless connection?

Kind regards,
