Help! I can't find the link for my quick start kit

Hello! I got a quick start kit delivered today but I can't figure out where to connect it to. 

I've tried all over my flat and there are lots of connections but none of them are right. I can't get through on the phone to get an engineer either. Help!

Where do the other ends of the bottom two cables go?

One goes to the outside and the other goes to this box but it's too small for my cable to fit into

Unscrew the cable where the other end goes to that wall port and plug in the supplied cable.

I have tried that but they are so old and stuck that there's no way I can get them out, not even with a spanner. 

I've managed to book an engineer for Saturday so hopefully it'll be fixed then.
