Gone Away Form - No response

Hi,

I am moving into a new property and applied for Virgin Media M350 on the 25th of January with a delivery date on the 29th. On the 27th, I received an email saying that my Gone Away Form has been received and to expect an answer within 48 hours, possibly because the previous tenant of the property already had Virgin.

Now it's been 4 days and I have yet to receive a confirmation of the delivery date or an answer to the Gone Away Form.

I am worried that I will be without Internet for a while, when can I expect an answer?
