Hi,
I was a Virgin Broadband customer in my previous rented address, where I was able to connect my router to a Telewest box. In my new rented address I have another Telewest box, but there is a cable already connected to it going into the ceiling. In the living area, there is a cable coming from the ceiling which looks like the end of a cable you'd connect to the router, with the thin bit of wire (please see pics). I tried to disconnect the cable from the box, but it won't budge. When I go onto Virgin website to check if available in my area, it goes between being available and not being available at my address and the flats around me. Any advice if I'd be able to have Virgin Broadband at my address would be great, thank you! 😊
