Hi there. I'm hoping to order VM TV service for my 79 year old mother-in-law. VM's availability checker states that service is not available at her flat (ground floor, number 6). Her neighbour in the adjacent flat (ground floor, number 7) has VM services. The cables actually run on the wall outside Mum's flat so I know service is available. The availability checker says that service is available at flat 7.
Could someone from VM please PM me to get details and progress this for me?
