Hi, I've recently joined the virgin media as a new account and I'm waiting for the kit being delivered until Monday.
In the same address, my flatmate have been using VM and just ended the contract today. We're trying to minimize the disconnection so I was wondering if we could get a help by adding the existing hub to my new account to get it up and running straight away for me while the new one is being delivered.

VM won't do that as individual items of equipment are matched to each individual account.
