1Gig Upgrade - received Contract Information Sheet over 2 Weeks ago but no Action since

I went ahead with the online (in my account) offered upgrade to 1Gig and received the contract information sheet by email soon afterwards on 30th April 2024. However, nothing has happened since, not even "the works order" has been placed according to customer services whom I called twice already. How much longer do I have to wait.

I'm in the same boat. Signed up, received contract docs with estimated activation date as 14th May but nothing has happened since. No appointments, or information of next steps. What's going on?

Well my Order Reference is CH2067057551 and the estimated activation date: Friday 03 May 24

That was 12 days ago .... NOTHING since.
