Hi. I have switched to Hub5 from hub3.
When I had a hub3, there wasn't any issues of streaming.
since I started using Hub5, streaming frequently stops, then loading and stops.

It is like watching for 3sec and wait for 10sec. this is quite stressful.

and sometimes we lose signal as well.
I placed Hub5 at the same place as when I had a Hub3.
now Hub5 with 1g speed, but hub3 with 359M was without stress.
How come I am having these issues with new hub?

Hub 5 uses a wider frequency range. I had problems when I went to 1gb which I did not have on 600mb on hub 3. Various members will advise what to show here to help diagnose or see what the problem could be.

Hi Aki93,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your new, updated connection. Checking things here, there is no open fault affecting you in your area however we can see that your downstream channels are not optimal and neither are your upstream. We won't be able to fix this remotely so I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you.

I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space.
