I Really hope someone can help. we added a third pud after a year of 2 pods working perfectly and the 3rd pod would work for one day perfectly. then stop. so they send a new pod. same thing. new pod works for one day and then stops.

crurrently they are sending 3 new pods and dont seem to be able to work out why now all of our pods wont connect anymore.
could we need a new hub 5? im not sure as all other wifi devices connect.  only the white pods wont work.

could it be they need activating by virgin by the mac address ect to our account. im not sure as they are supposed to just be plug and play
many thanks in advance

Two VM Pods work for a day then fail

A location issue ?
A VM Pod must not be installed where there is poor or no Wi-Fi signal from the VM Hub.

Sending 3 new pods & all old VM Pods stopped working

Could it actually be the VM Customer Support have done the necessary admin
to re-pair the customer's VM Hub to the 3 new VM Pods.  ( & un-paired all the VM Pods to be returned )
