Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

Network troubles in EH48 Area 11 since 4pm

Does anyone know how to order a WiFi Pod, I have two rooms with no connection, scanned with the app and no option to order pods. Tried to ring but impossible to get through.Thanks
