Resolved! Hub 5 no Ethernet after power outage

Hi. After a temporary power cut when the power has been restored the wifi is working, but non of the devices connected to the Ethernet are working. My tv box doesn’t even acknowledge the Ethernet cable is connected  help!

The light in my hub 3 has turned red a few days ago.It's not hot, it's well ventilated and I have turned it off and on again.What should I do next?
