Wifi loses internet connection several times a day. The network log says it may be the T3 and T4 timeout. Please advise how this can be fixed. Restarting fixes the issues temporarily.

Hi there @theforgacs

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you so much again for posting. I have taken a look and I cannot see any issues with the Hub specs that may be causing this, I can see that there appears to a be a bit of instability today though before that things do look to have been quite clear.

Are the disconnections happening across both wired and WiFi connections?

Are you able to post a BQM at all for us? This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc.
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum.

Disconnections across all Wifi devices, I don't use wired.

Channel Optimization and Channel Auto are a cause of random Wi-Fi disconnections with the Hub 3.

Try these WI-Fi settings as a more stable option :

Hi, Thanks for the suggestion. I have changed the setting but unfortunately, there are already issues again this morning.
