Hello,
I have been receiving awful signal upstairs since having Virgin fitted and downloaded the virgin connect app to show that I have download speeds of 1mb upstairs.
I have requested a WiFi Pod and this has been confirmed 4 days ago and had email that my package was changing to include this but have had no confirmation that this has been sent out to me? I was advised that Yodel would email me with a delivery date but have had nothing after 4 days. Is this usual?
