We had a broadband outage in our area a few days ago. Since it was repaired, our WiFi pod (white hexagon shaped) has stopped working. The led flashes green slowly for a while, then changes to a fast blinking pinkish colour, then starts the whole process over again.
My wife and daughter both work from home, and require a steady broadband connection to do so.
I've tried calling vm about this, but I never get an option to speak to an advisir

Sorry, I hit the Post button by mistake and can't find a way to edit my original post.
Anyway, I never get the option to speak to an adviser. I either get cut off part of the way through, or get a message about receiving an email about how to check connections etc, and then get cut off. The message even says I can speak to an adviser if things still aren't working. Although no instructions on how to actually speak to someone, are given.
Can anyone tell me what to do about the WiFi pod problem. And give me a number I can use to actually speak to someone about it?

It's been a few days since your post and we're checking to see if the issue connecting the Pod's is still happening? Have you followed the steps here for the Pod? Select the relevant one and follow the steps and let us know if this helps resolve the issue.
