Hello garnham02

We're sorry to hear of the issues with the Pod's and setting them up, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the the community

It is very strange that you have had two pods in succession with issues, can you confirm how you are setting the pod's up and connecting them to the Hub and network? We have some help here.

Maybe they're just not fit for purpose 🤷

This is why I repeatedly advise folk to buy network equipment that is easy to configure and install.

Using this or this the problems of locked down ISP owned VM Pods is avoided.

Hey there, are you having some issues with a  WIFI pod?

Just by a better router with 1Gb ports and use modem mode

Don't get a Extender the hub wifi is the problem
