Upgrade to 1Gig

This is the second time I've accepted an offer to have my internet connection upgraded and once again it hasnt happened. Does virgin media still think they are the only game in town for fast broadband or are they just trying to drive away costomers who have been with them from the start.

Hey just so you're warned, Virgin's "1 Gig" sometimes drops down to 1Mbps for me (It's not a Wifi issue, this is on ethernet). I'd really advise you to go to the competitors, because things seem to get worse once Virgin start offering 1Gbps in areas. I suspect that they are oversubscribing their access layer network beyond what it's capable of actually delivering.
