My broadband has been going out regularly for the past 4 weeks now, every day at some point things are refusing to load. I check the service status and, what do you know "there is a broadband issue in your area". How much longer am I supposed to tolerate this?
It is making working from home virtually impossible, I understand technology has issues but this is becoming unsustainable and intolerable. At least give us some information as to why it keeps happening!

VM never disclose the reason for any problems. As you have a residential connection there is no SLA. If you work from home you should get a business account and a reliable contingency link, either via a mobile router or second broadband connection.

Hi @alangalaxy thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
We have looked into this for you and it does seem that you were previously affected by an outage, for which we do apologise for.
It seems this is now resolved which is great news, and as there's no further faults on the line we do believe this to now be resolved.
